OrigoSurvey respects your right to access and delete your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of data we hold about you, including data processed through our survey and WhatsApp marketing platform.

What You Can Request

You may request deletion of personal data we process on your behalf or about you, including:

  • Account profile information
  • Survey responses and related metadata
  • WhatsApp phone numbers, message logs, and delivery status data processed through our platform
  • Usage and analytics data tied to your account

How to Request Deletion

You can request deletion using any of the following methods:

  • Account settings: If you have an OrigoSurvey account, sign in and use the account settings to delete your profile or specific data where available.
  • Email: Send a request to info@origosurvey.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request." Include your registered email address, phone number (if applicable), and a description of the data you want deleted.
  • Phone: Call us at 7986158381 during business hours.

WhatsApp and Meta Data

If your data was processed through WhatsApp via OrigoSurvey, we will delete applicable data from our systems in accordance with Meta's WhatsApp Cloud API requirements. Data held directly by Meta or WhatsApp is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy. We will coordinate deletion requests with our clients where we act as a technology provider on their behalf.

Processing Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve an ongoing dispute.

Data We May Retain

We may retain certain information where required by law, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention. Any retained data will be limited to what is necessary and kept only for as long as required.
